The time required prepare an order for shipping varies.
- Stickers & Magnets - Ships in 1-3 days
- Clothing - Ships on average in 1-5 business days. Most clothing is custom printed based on your order specifics using modern, digital printing techniques. During peak holiday season (Christmas / Hanukkah) and other unpredictable times (Pandemic / Supply Chain) the average shipping time expands. We work to get your order to you as fast as possible.
- Averaging FREE Shipping Time is 4 days. (This has had more variation during the ongoing pandemic.)
- Expedited Shipping - You can contact us about your schedule needs and expedited shipping.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Secure payment options are provided by our partners at Amazon, Shopify, and others. We never receive your credit card information.
Supercool Fried Green Tomatoes GIFT CARDS are available in the shop. There is no expiration date and we gladly accept these.
Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges based on some conditions.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We may not accept cancellations. Potential cancelations may be based on the stage of production of your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchange
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (such as food)
- Digital downloads
- Some clothing and Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
About Returns & Exchanges
We provide accurate descriptions including options, size charts and other information to give you an easy experience and to increase your order accuracy. Although amazon has lead a culture of ‘must have it within two days’ and ‘oder three sizes, return two’ - this is in no way sustainable for most businesses and has forced us to tighten return policies. We lose money on returns. Please consider us your neighbors when ordering - real people, working hard. If your order was filled accurately, it might not be eligible for return or exchange.
